Mauri Research is part of AB | Mauri. For all locations around the world, product developments and tests are carried out at Mauri Research, particularly for enzyme processing. TenBa was asked to develop a new layout for the test bakeries, which created more space in the various departments in order to work optimally and to enable the customer to be well involved in the tests.
