Bakkerij Wouters from Kalmthout (B) is growing so fast that advice from TenBa was called in. After discussions about the future, it was decided to purchase the neighboring property. The land between the current bakery and the new building has been built on, creating one large bakery with a doubling of the floor space. While production continued, new ovens and proofers were added and the cutting-/packing department and the shipping department were expanded. The process routing and all logistics flows have been optimized, so that all certifications can easily be met. Immediately after construction, the bread dough processing line was completely renewed and an installation was put to automatically remove large bread from the tins. Bakery Wouters has been familiar with TenBa for years and gave them the confidence to carry out the entire project coordination for them.
