A future-oriented and ultramodern bread and pastry bakery in Belgium. TenBa guided the Kenis family from the choice of an existing building or purchase of land, up to and including the realization of the bakery installations. The set-up of the bakery and the production capacity for example the bakery techniques, cold and freezer storage, expedition space, etc., will enable the bakery to achieve good growth in the coming years. The result is a bakery that can meet all the required certifications with a fantastic appearance.

Sustainability and the environment were important aspects, so that, for example, CO² cold technology was chosen. Various suppliers of bakery techniques from various countries have installed new installations. During the preparation and realization phase, we worked closely with the architect, construction parties, installers and suppliers.
